The Parlor (Message in a Haunted Mansion) [x]
Happy first day of spring! I wish the sun had been bright and beautiful today, but instead it was rather gloomy. In fact, it was the perfect atmosphere to curl up and read a good book or play a Nancy Drew game. Gray days also remind me of the perfect weather to explore a haunted mansion in. I love exploring The Golden Gardenia and seeing the beautiful Victorian decor, especially the antique parlor. To create a look inspired by that room, pair a lacy cardigan with a cream sweater, maroon jeans, lacy boots, a hair bow, and a vintage telephone inspired purse. Gardenia inspired earrings, a gold collar necklace, a telephone necklace, gold and cream bracelets, a cameo ring, and a swan ring inspired by the swan table complete the look.
